The remote monitoring, now available in the ResMed AirSense 10 devices, has been a huge hit with our patients. We have had access to the feature in our trial machines over the past few months. ResMed have now released it into the devices patients are purchasing for ongoing use.
At Sleep Right Australia we are really big on the ongoing compliance side of things with our CPAP patients. We find our consult and download service to be a really popular feature of what we do. We think that the emergence of the new technology is going to make it more efficient for people to have their treatment reviewed.
We are in the process of working out a reporting system for our patients and look forward to launching this shortly.
