Please Note: If your cushion size is a Size Small Simplus™, then the headgear placed on the mask as packaged is a Size Small headgear. If your Simplus™ cushion is a Size Medium or Large then the headgear placed on the mask as packaged is a Size Medium/Large headgear. The label on the back of the headgear will denote your size.
