Will the ResMed AirFit N30i be compatible with ResMed, Philips and Fisher and Paykel CPAP machines?
The great news is that the ResMed N30i can be used with your ResMed AirSense 10 device, the ResMed S9, the Philips DreamStation, the Fisher & Paykel Icon and the Fisher & Paykel Sleepstyle devices and nearly all CPAP devices on the market…. Except for the ResMed AirMini.
Unfortunately, this mask is not compatible with the ResMed AirMini device. Suitable masks for the AirMini include the ResMed AirFit P10, N20, F20 and the ResMed AirTouch F20 masks.
The CPAP tubing used on every other CPAP machine will seamlessly connect to the end of the mask. Be sure to remove any connections from your previous mask from the end of your tubing.
The new ResMed N30i nasal CPAP mask is bustling with innovative features and intricate details designed to deliver you comfortable and quiet CPAP therapy. It is a hybrid blend of a nasal and nasal pillow mask.
The release date for the ResMed AirFit N30i is November 15 and we cannot wait for you to try it. To Pre-Order, click here.
Pity it doesn’t suit the AirMini.
The AirMini is great …except for the limited number of masks.
When is someone going to provide an adapter to overcome this?
Ross, we agree that it is a pity. I am not too sure on when an adaptor is becoming available.
Hello Andrew
What is the cost of this new mask and how does it compare for effectiveness and comfort compared with the full face mask I am at present using?
Cheers
Barry
Hi Barry, the mask is $289. The mask will only seal with the nose as opposed to the nose and mouth for your current mask. May be a worth a shot if you wanted to use a smaller style of mask. https://sleepright.com.au/cpap-masks/resmed-airfit-n30i/
Has Resmed come up with an adapter for the Airmini and the N30I mask yet?
Thank you
Not yet sorry Alan
With the Res Med Air Mini why is the P 30 nasal pillow not compatible but the P10 is? What disqualifies the P 39. Is that the attachment is on the top of the head?
Don, it is to do with how the masks connect to the AirMini hose.
Hi, how do i know what sizing is needed for headgear
Hi Sue, good question. We are finding the mask seems to fit a bit “bigger” with its headgear. So, we are finding a lot of women prefer the smaller size.
