Do you bump your CPAP mask on your pillow causing it to leak during the night?

Often we will hear stories of our patients bumping their mask on their pillow during the night when they change sleeping positions or if they tend to sleep more frequently on their stomach.

A tip that you may find useful is to sleep with your head on the side of the pillow. By doing this, it will allow your mask to sit away from the pillow meaning it will not get bumped through the night.

Alternatively, there is a pillow designed with contours to allow for this so you can have your head sit in the middle of the pillow.
