The AirTouch N20 and the AirFit N20 are both nasal CPAP masks by ResMed. They both feature the same flexible tubing, soft fabric frame and plush headgear. The key difference between the two masks is the cushion.
The AirTouch N20 cushion is made with UltraSoft Memory Foam material which adapts to your facial contours. This ensures an effective seal is achieved and maintained throughout the night. This cushion requires replacing every 30 days and can be given a daily wipe over with your CPAP mask wipes.
The AirFit N20 features a silicone cushion. The InfinitySeal technology used in creating this product ensures the cushion adapts to the face while creating a secure seal.
The memory foam cushion has been used on the AirTouch F20 masks for the past year or so. People have reported a softer, more comfortable feel and less marks on their face.
Both cushions are interchangeable and can be purchased separately. If you already own a ResMed AirFit N20 mask, you can purchase the AirTouch N20 cushions here and use them with your current mask. Alternatively, Click here to access the AirFit N20 Cushion.

How do you determine the correct size of the mask to use? I’m currently using a p10 in Medium if that is helpful?
Jon, this template may be useful: https://www.resmed.com/fr-fr/dam/documents/products/Mask/airfit-n20/fitting-guide/airfit-n20_fitting_template_row_eng.pdf
I am literally right between small and medium on the chart. I’ve tried the foam cushion in medium with disappointing results. Lots of leaks, lots of puffed out cheeks and air blowing in my eyes. I’ve also gotten a small size silicone one that I’ve used once so far. The only problem I had with that was it creeping up to my mouth. I’m thinking I might need the medium size.
I changed from a nasal cushion to full face because I couldn’t keep my mouth shut and the head bands to keep it shut felt too claustrophobic.
Any suggestions?
Bit of a tricky one Bonnie. Probably best for you to visit someone in person and do a fitting and run through your options.
I wear a F20 small and it is causing friction burns over the bridge of my nose.
I tried the medium in an F20 but then air leaks from the side silicon pads.
Is there a mask which will go over my mouth only?
I seem to have a sharp bridge to my nose and after trying two different sized masks am having no luck with either.
Does anyone have a solution for my sore red nose every morning?
Kaye, have a look at the F30
Hi, I have the N10 nasal cushion. Will the N20 nasal cushion fit the my N10 frame & headgear?
Thank you
Unfortunately not Arthur
