The ResMed AirFit F30i is the latest full face mask designed by ResMed. In this blog post we will identify the key differences between the three leading full face masks.

Tubing Placement:

Where the tube connects to the mask differs significantly.

The AirFit F30i will connect at the top of your head, as opposed to the front of the mask like the F20 and the F30. This design allows for a 360° range of motion and is particularly useful for stomach sleepers.

Cushion

Another significant difference between the masks is the cushion. The AirFit F20 seals completely around your nose and mouth whereas the AirFit F30i & AirFit F30 cushion seals underneath your nose. A big benefit from the design of the AirFit F30i is that it eliminates any red pressure marks from occurring on the bridge of your nose.

Compatibility

The AirFit F20 and the AirFit F30 are compatible with all current CPAP machines on the market, including Fisher & Paykel & Philips devices. The AirFit F30i is compatible with all CPAP machines except for the ResMed AirMini.

While these masks are quite different, they all deliver the same, effective CPAP therapy. To make things easier, we are currently offering a 14 day money back guarantee on our ResMed AirFit Mask Range.
